Working & Holiday Visa in Sydney (US Citizen > AUS) + Questions on Food

Hello ! I am a US Citizen with an established USA based consulting business in web development / Branding . I may have to move to Australia to be with my partner . Otherwise maybe I could get a similar job that is work from home in Australia? Is that possible?

So my question is can I start a branch of my company to do business with Australian companies while on the Working & Holliday visa (I'm under 30 years old ).

What happens after the one year Visa is up ? She is a Taiwanese citizen and student so she can stay there for a few years .

Food Are there a good selection of boba bubble tea shops, Asian food (specifically Taiwanese and Korean BBQ) in Sydney?
