Best PvP spec for Sniper?

Hello r/swtor, this is my first post and I have two quick questions, I have a 50 Jugg and Assassin so I wanted to roll a rdps toon, my sniper is level 13 and wow the damage it does is incredible, the cover is abit confusing so do you have any tips on using cover effectively? And also what is the best PvP spec to do the most damage, I don't do alot of FP's, and only do a few heroics per planet, for me PvP is my main enjoyment. Thanks in advance =)
