No neutral legacy ability :(
Post Body
Legacy of Unity (LS) and Sacrifice (DS) made it into 1.2, but they removed the one for neutral characters. Bummer. My neutral BH was finally going to get something for being neutral.
I remember this being part of the legacy preview...did they at some point later announce that they were removing it?
