(spoilers) I'm ticked off right now at my Bounty Hunter class ending

So i wanted to side with the chancellor at the end, and instead the dialog options confused me and i carbon froze him and gave him to the dark council. I'm ticked off because that's not what i wanted to do. There was no light side or dark side indicator either. Now going forward in the story im known as a friend of darth tormen. I don't even like that guy...i wanted to kill him. Is there something i can do about this?
