Quit a long time ago after buying CE on release day, now getting payment error, so I cant buy gametime to come back and hop on board the hypetrain.

Im getting this error
"An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later. {0}" I cant phone them as its really too expensive from a mobile phone, and I cant submit a ticket because im not a sub.... Any ideas guys ?
