Anyone else finding it really hard to keep an ops group together?

I've been in several groups recently where the lack of content coming from BW has lead to people to just stop. It seems like we're going to be slogging through DF/DP for about a year at by the time we get new content and every new group that I get into ends up falling apart not too long after.
Anyone else having similar issues? Maybe its just me and I'm a poison pill!
