Authenticator problem

Long story short, I got the collectors edition of SWTOR at launch, got a few max level characters right away, and quit out of lack of end game content etc, Im looking to come back to the game now, but for the life of me I cannot find my authenticator (probably lost it moving house)
I have tried phoning the UK tech support number, but Im constantly on hold for 20min plus and its too expensive to stay on for that long.
What are my options ?
