What level was Kirito when Aincrad ended? (The last time in the anime it showed he was around 60 I think. But they were clearing floors in the 50s) What about when he reset his stats to 1 and started New Aincrad?

When Asuna escaped the bird cage and found the command console, why didn't she wait till the slugs left to activate it? She could have kept moving around and avoided them probably. Or atleast gotten to the console less obviously.

What happened to revive crystal that Kirito gave Kline?

Why doesn't Yui show her non fairy form around the others (she changes when they get the house again)? I mean by this point I'm sure Kirito and Asuna have told them about Yui.

For clearing Aincrad (original) and to get to a new level did you have to go through and defeat each dungeon boss or once the assault team defeated it was the new level available for everyone to warp to? (Example- the old fisherman, did he have to clear floors 1-21 or was he able to warp to 22 once floor 21 was cleared?)

While the players were in SAO (for 2 years) how did they eat and keep nourished? When Kirito came to he had no feeding tubes, no bags of saline going into him to keep hydrated, etc. Same with Asuna.

Why does the Yuukis doctor look like the CIA investigator? (Or whatever he is)

What happened to Sinons Mother? It didn't show her getting killed, Sinon saved her actually. But she lives alone and she spoke with her grandparents on the phone.

Where is Sugu and Kirito's mother at?

Also, when Sugu found out that Kirito wasn't her brother and her mom was describing the first time Kirito found out, the way she spoke of him being Sugu cousin was that it was the first thing she thought of to tell kirito. (Explain better. Sugu mother told kirito he was Sugu cousin because it was the first thing that came to mind)

In original Aincrad, there was a dungeon underneath Town of Beginnings that opened up deeper as the upper floors cleared. What was down there? And does that mean there were sub levels and bosses to clear?

I just finished the anime and just found out that Kayabas Dr funded the thing (I have no clue to its name off hand let alone spelling) that Yuuki was in. Where at in the Manga should I start reading and pick up at. And also where can I find it at online? For free preferable
