I thought I would drop this article here for anyone who is interested in reading it. if you are like me, you probably have noticed that when you go to the gym in the evening, you are overwhelmed by the amount of younger people who are there in groups and socializing as well as taking forever to get their workouts done.

This never really used to happen as much several years ago because all of the highschoolers and college age kids would go to the gym in the afternoon after school or between classes. Something changed. It turns out that Gen-Z is very gym focused but also sees the gym as their social hangout spot, and many of the chain gyms are not designed to hold that many extra bodies during their peak hours:
