We (M49 & F30) are open-minded and gf at point to actually try a couple swap or threesome. But she is very shy and self-conscious, thinking she is not that desirable, etc. I tell her she is beautiful, sexy and that most people are likely more attracted to each other based on attitude and personality, before just looks.
