AMResorts? "Adult Resorts" ... any reviews?

Just had a friend on Facebook say they are a new agent for these resorts. LINK I've never been to one, but a quick perusal showed that more than a few are "Adults Only" and "Luxury" based. Wasn't sure if that just just meant "no kids" in general, or if something more fun might be happening... we know about Desire and the like, but were just seeing if this one on one of the lists. With resort names like "Secret" & "Breathless" it seemed like a possibility.
Any feedback would be great!
