My wife and I are planning a trip to Cancun and Tulum in November this year and are interested in booking a few nights at Desire. This would be our first time at any type of LS resort.

Posting to see if there are any tips, Do’s or Don’ts and other notes for first timers heading to Desire. Do we have our best luck at meeting similar age couples (25-35) only during takeovers? We saw there is a takeover happening the week of November 11th - 16th but staying 6 nights isn’t feasible for us as we’d like to explore the rest of the area more than just this resort.

Wanted to also see if there are any other couples around our age that are planning on going around that time of year (anytime in November 2024). We’d love to connect, verify, and coordinate our plans to link up if so!
