We have installed a picture filter to the automod due to the insane amount of karma farming spam bots and OF spam the last week. You can still post pictures directly but they will be held until mod reviewed. I'd like to thank /u/Osa242 as he's done a fantastic job at working out the spam limiting tools both here and on /r/swingers and he set it up here.
Note we are not screening for verification at this time, this is just to prevent spam.
