Questions about new pool install
Post Body

We just had a pool installed and soon after the contractor left we noticed the walls are starting to bow inward , this occured with less than 5” of water in the pool . Now the water level is sitting at about 12” and we have stopped filling .

Im wondering what the cause is , and how or what do i say to my sales person or my contractor about how to fix the issues .

This is a 27’ pool , dug into grade on one side by 16” and the other side is placed on grade . I did get into the pool and walked it and it does not appear there is any sags or pull on the liner . Should they dig the pool deeper into the ground to hit harder soil?
