Pool opening / summer question

I am a new pool owner and purchased a 27 foot above ground pool . I have the optiok right now to buy a years worth of pool chemicals and i prefer to do it if it is deemed to be a good idea .
Just curious what i should buy and what is the go to items when it comes to an above ground pool in the midwest USA ( ohio )
The pool will be heated to 80 degrees daily and runs on a 2hp pump / 250K btu furnace .
It is a chlorine system .
