Rust spots

Recently noticed a bunch of small rust spots on the bottom of my chlorine pool. I tried scrubbing them, but that didn’t work. Any suggestions?

Oh my god I didn’t even notice that giant fucking nail in the picture! Thanks so much for the suggestions. When you say sock, do you mean just a regular sock or is there an actual pool cleaning device called the same thing?
