How to enable Previews with an ObservedObject

Hey guys! New to swift and was wondering how I can have my previews display, while having an observedObject. My err right now is
Cannot convert value of type 'SignUpController.Type' to expected argument type 'SignUpController'
Thanks in advance for the help!
