(Newbie Question) What is an easy way to send a cURL request in Swift?

The title says pretty much everything. What is an easy way to send a cURL request in Swift and store the returned data to a variable?
(Sorry if this is a stupid question, I am pretty new to Swift. Also if someone could provide an example that would be amazing!)
