I went down a fascinating YouTube rabbit hole of southern accents (learned quite a lot, actually) and decided to attempt an inconsistent Antebellum period southern drawl. In terms of accuracy I'm about a century off from the WWII-dated script, but hey! We're not going for historical accuracy here, so linguistic historians out there please don't get on me.
Just let me live out my southern Hollywood glamour Jenny and carrots 'n peas dreams. Makes me want to try out all different types of accents. What do you guys think?
