Hello /r/Sweden,
I am trying to make semlor buns to bring into work this Friday, but ideally don't want to wake up at 2am that morning to try and make them. I have been unable to find information as to how long the buns will keep, apart from one blog which suggests they may be frozen. If I make them on Thursday evening, freezing them overnight only to re-thaw in the morning seems a bit of a waste. Would it be better to freeze the dough and then bake them the next morning?
