Cant start sweatcoin on fresh install

Just recently downloaded an update for S10 and I'm now having trouble open sweat coin.
I've deleted and reinstalled but now I'm stuck on the greeting page asking for my name while the counter is telling me to start the app to start counting.
Any one else experienced the same issue with the android os update?
