I feel like The Seer is the best overall experience for me. It feels like you’re at home or in your nature and the horror and beauty you get from it is very tangible in a sense, but it also means that the highs are just not as high as the other two albums. To Be Kind is out of this world and just non stop highs and terror, like its constantly beating u over the head with bizarre grotesque shit until it turns you psychotic. Like wtf is that “WOOF WOOF WOOF WOOF yelping!!!! The glowing man is similar to The Seer in that it has both beauty and horror. It isnt as hellish as To Be Kind, but its not as wholesome as The Seer. The Glowing Man has that alien feel that To Be Kind had and the highs are incredible. But both dont feel as organic or human as The Seer and the slow points dont hit as hard as The Seer. Maybe im bias cause I love folk music. Idk if anything i said makes any sense someone help me wrap my head around this. Maybe i shouldn’t try to rank them and just enjoy each depending on my mood.
