In fact, Petr is obviously the second coming of Soll, I mean think about it! What is Soll's first name's first letter? T! And what is the first letter of the second syllable of all of Petr's first and second names? It's also T! peTr vecTern. The only thing that can explain this impossibly impossible coincidence is that Petr was Soll's long-lost son all along! The evidence is so clear, I'm not even going to reiterate them here...

Then why does he commit self-impeachment from life if you fire him and let him take the fall with the spy-secretary thing, you may ask. Well, it's obviously because Petr knows the only one who can stop him now in his great takeover of Sordland is the Democratic Emperor and Free Market Communist, President Anton Rayne. By firing him, he realizes that Anton is already on to him. But if you cover for him/take the blame with him, he knows he still has his grasp on your thinking and his devious plans are coming to fruition... Theory confirmed.
