Making vegetarian sushi for the first time
Post Body

Hi everyone,

I'm going to be making vegetarian sushi for the first time on my own (made it once before but someone helped me) for a little get together and I was wondering if you could help me come up with combinations.

  1. Cream cheese, sweet potato (unsure if I'm going to do tempura or just cook the potato) and avocado

  2. Standard carrot, cucumber and avocado

  3. Marinated mushrooms (probably shiitake or portobello in soy sauce) and asparagus

Any other options/changes? Any advice? Thank you!

Edit: Thought it was obvious but in case it wasn't all of what I said above is going to be put into rolls. Looking for other combinations/advice for what would be good.
