This post doesn't have much to do with the actual though although I suppose you could consider Samoa and HvV part of the Russell Hantz show in terms of confessional time spent on him even if you don't necessarily think his strategy was good.

He seems more levelheaded on his podcast and I get the general sense that his character and sense of self were exaggerated on the show. I find some of his insights impressive though, I watched the rivals episode today. The megalomania comes and goes on the podcast but if you have the time it can definitely be interesting and regardless of what you think of Russell, I think it provides some interesting perspective.
