Why didn't Jaclyn vote for Natalie at F5?

Missy, Baylor and Keith vote for Jaclyn. Natalie votes for Baylor. Jaclyn votes for Natalie. Natalie plays the idol for Jaclyn. 1-1 tie between Natalie and Baylor. Missy, Jaclyn and Keith revote. Jaclyn and Missy vote for Natalie and eliminate her.

Jaclyn them goes on to win FI just like before, eliminates Keith and easily beats Missy and Baylor at FTC.

Did Jaclyn think it would look bad for her to flip on Natalie like that? Because that makes no sense after Natalie led the blindside on Jon, Jaclyn would have perfect justification. Did she just not think about it?
