Most of the cast members despise Q which to me indicates that he wouldn't get enough(if any) votes for the million dollars if he makes it to the final tribal.
I understand the notion of voting for a villian to win out of respect (like Tony perhaps) but I don't think that scenario applies in this case. He hasn't really made any notable moves in my opinion. To quote Jeff, He's just been used as a smokescreen multiple times.
So taking Q to the final essentially means you have a 50% chance of winning the million dollars.
So I'm taking Q to the end whether I like him or not.

Idk how much of a visible threat she is to him though. He might see Charlie as the one driving their votes, especially with Charlie's immunity wins.
Edit: I think they had the same number of wins at this point so idk
