This sub would have hated Parvati and Courtney
Post Body

It's been kinda shocking reading some of the posts here about Dee and Katurah, mainly the ones bashing on them for their characters/edits.

Dee keeps being labeled as a "mean girl" (have y'all still not recovered from high school?), while we are being shown that pretty much every vote goes her way since the merge. Other players constantly talk about her as being extremely dangerous and powerful in the game, yet she keeps surviving due to her relationships with Austin and Julie. She is probably the closest thing we've got to a Parvati 2.0, a player regarded as one of the best of all time. Obviously, I am not saying that Dee is at Parvati's level (that remains to be seen), but the similarities are present. I have no doubts in my mind that this sub would have hated Parvati in FvF1 and HvV - being in a strong alliance that easily takes out people outside of the core group, having her allies survive weekly, having great relationships but always being seen as a threat, and, of course, being a flirt with one of the main guys on either season. I saw in the recap of this sub that the top comment was along the lines of "this sub loves Frannie because she makes people believe that guys like Matt have a chance at having a gf", and HONESTLY, I bet some people here dislike Dee for a similar reason.

Similarly to that, Katurah's edit of being annoyed by and wanting to take out Bruce reminds me of the edit Courtney got in China, regarding her feud with Genre Bear. Obviously, we did not see that strong of a reason why everyone was annoyed by Bruce on the season, like they were with JR, but the reactions after the vote out and Courtney/Katurah respectively finally moving on from their one-note edits are eerily similar. The opinion on Katurah has changed after the last episode, since we got more of her back story, but, again, a similar thing happened with Courtney.

TL;DR: This sub loves to hate cute, confident women, and would have for sure heavily disliked Parvati and Courtney back in the day, due to their similarities to Dee and Katurah (regarding their edits).
