when mods remove a post they should have to cite the offending statement that was made
Post Body

this is true for discord "warnings" as well. it's fine if you remove a post or ban people, but give us a real reason. cite the rule that we're breaking, and then also tell us what exactly we said that was wrong. otherwise there's no accountability or transparency whatsoever. we can all agree on some posts that are absolutely toxic or rude (there are some on this sub right now). but there are so many more that are completely vague and flimsy. it's common sense that when you accuse someone of wrongdoing, you at least make it clear what the offense was. otherwise it's pretty hard to take the moderation seriously.

There's also value in having an issue up that other users can help them resolve on their own without needing to go submit a help desk ticket and have their reddit post deleted!

I submitted an issue I was having where my keyboard/mouse would randomly stop working in the match and everything would still happen fine around me and it got deleted and told to submit it on their helpdesk instead. like wtf, I'm asking the community if they've experienced it and if an easy fix. Not submit to a help desk. Get off Reddit if you can't handle the idea of a forum of users, mods.
