Is there a fast punch exploit? No matter how fast I punch I can't go near as fast as some people who punch probably 3-4 times per 1 of my punches.... Just saw my entire health bar disappear at once.

As the title is asking is there some way people are punching upwards of a half dozen times per second? I went to fight someone with an axe and just saw entire healthbar melt and this isn't the first time. It seems some people just punch insanely fast.
