how to play with higher level players?

i've been playing this game since the m249 got added, been on the scoreboards before, and have a pretty good winrate although i haven't been trying very hard lately. 10-12 kills in a solos match is average for me. is there a certain discord where pros hang out, join servers, ect? slaughtering NPCs gets tiresome and i'd like for there to be more than one or two other competent players per game
