Preview thumbnail for I had this pilar cyst for about 3-4 years at the back of my head removed yesterday at the hospital, they only drained the fluid and did not take out the sac. I'm wondering if the lump is finally going to go away and / or if this is due to the surgery? I would not be surprised if it comes back... image
