Learning in NorCal
Post Body
I’ve been snowboarding and skating my whole life. Pretty good on my feet, but I’ve never lived near the ocean until now. Seems a little intimidating to get into, with movies and what not portraying it as such a locals only thing. Is that really how it is? Any recommendations on lessons? Should I stay away from lessons and try to find some homies to teach me? Haven’t met anyone that surfs around Santa Rosa yet.
