Question for Surf Photographers on selling photos

Hey, I was wondering for those selling photos how much do you sell your photos for? Do you sell them by the photo or do you have seperate prices if you have multiple shots or a sequence of somebody?

Also when you sell your photos do you still have your name signed at bottom ("xx photography") or do you remove it?
