Pain on outer forearm after surfing each time
Post Body

I have some pain on my forearms and I’m hoping every member of r/surfing can use their medical degrees to a good purpose.

I specifically have pain on the outer edge of the ulna (the one that connects to the elbow). It’s painful along a few inches of my forearm about halfway between my elbow and my wrist. It almost feels like shin splints, but in my arms. Strangely, I can’t find any movements that hurt, but if I push on the area it feels like a bruise, and it always flairs up after surfing.

I’ve been surfing for about 4 months, and I go 4-6 times a week. I started feeling this about a month ago. Some days are worse than others. Some days I don’t feel it much. Anyone else experience anything like this?
