Most effect DRS method from T212 and HL?

Hi guys. I have shares in T212, HL and an open CS account from buying through giveashare.
Whats the most effect process for getting all my shares DRS'd?
1) sell all shares in T212 ISA. 2) transfer funds to HL and rebuy. 3) open IBKR account and transfer from HL. 4) tranfers from IBKR to CS.
Any info appreciated.
