DRS Question from IBKR How to make them send letter from UK office?

Hi guys,

I have around 7 shares on IBKR that I want to DRS. I have been thinking of doing it for a while.

I saw some posts here about the letters being sent from the UK office also a number I can call from Skype to request the letter be sent from UK so it arrives early. I can't find it now, can someone please share the process how to do it?

Also I was looking to DRSGME.org and it says that if I transfer less than 10 shares then they can give me account number over phone. Is that right? I don't need to wait for the first letter if I transfer just 1 share and skip the first letter. Can someone please confirm this.
