I'm having problems signing in with my Dalcom ID

So as the title says, I am having a hard time signing in with my Dalcom ID.

The last time that I have opened superstar smtown was about a month or two ago. and that time I was prompted to bind my registered member account to a dalcom ID account. Then after playing a couple of days I stopped playing and deleted the game from my phone.

Now, I reinstalled it and tried to log in using my Dalcom ID (but I have forgotten my ID and password already so I used the options, Find ID and Find password. Then I got the email, changed my password, and tried logging in on the app. But it says

The ID or the Password is invalid, or there is no account signed up with the information.

Does anyone know how to possibly fix this??

I am desperately trying to get my old account back as I don't want to lose my 5 years of progress :(
