Character recaps without book four spoilers?

I just downloaded book four, and am having a hard time with secondary characters since it’s been some time since it’s been some time since I read books1/2/3 in quick succession. Does anyone have any good resources for character recaps and other book info that doesn’t spoil book four? Even primary characters. I made the mistake of trying to catch up on Nick and now I know what happens to him after book four...
