I just read this and imagined him slipping slightly on water/ice, his natural impulse is to correct himself, which in normal people results in muscle pulls and sprains from the unintended strain. In him I imagine his leg shatters and he dislocates a disk in the moment.
This strength is only located in his little fingers. The rest of his body is slightly weaker than normal.
He can finger flick a person into orbit, but can't lift a jug of milk above his shoulder.

And she is crazy unlucky. Not by anything she does, but just a fact of her life. Which would make his role as a superhero much harder.
Examples of how her unluckiness manifests: not a full list other things can happen.
1) Any projectile both intended and unintended veer toward her. 2) anything mass produced is the most flawed version. 3) extremely butterfingered even when things are zip tied to her hand. 4) initially fails at any task she puts earnest effort into. 5) has accidentally sent villans a geo tagged text confirming the passcode to the hideout.
