Basically how this power works is that the hero (or villain) has access to an alternate dimension of energy. They can psionically use this energy to have complete telekinetic control of their bodies.

I know, what the hell does that mean. Don’t we already control our bodies with our mind?

These people can control all of their body.

They can fly as they can move body wherever they desire. They can tank bombs by telekinetically hold themselves together. They have strength and speed of godly proportions.

They can speed their chemical process and even force them to happen. They don’t age and don’t need to eat, sleep, or drink water. If they are somehow injured they can heal themselves, however they can’t create matter, just control their own atoms. If they are injured, they can speed their regenerative processes, fix broken bones, but they can’t create their lost matter.

They also can’t alter their shape. While they control their body, they can’t tear themselves apart and must keep their form.
