2002 f250, the blower motor is only blowing on low and on very high. Already replaced the resistor pack, what's next?

It's a classic problem and I don't wanna throw too much more money at it.
The blower motor works on low, low, low, high, instead of low, medium one, medium two, high.
I just replaced the resistor pack, but that did not fix the situation.
Anybody have an idea that I can try before I replace the blower motor?
