Hey there, I'm currently making a draft for a.. Noir-Fi Racing Game and I wanted to ask two questions -

Is there an Exotic/Supercar tuning culture? Tuner/JDM and Muscle/U.S. Tuning culture have what seem to be very distinct identities. However, creating a believable version of High Performance car tuning is... Trying. If anyone could link me to anything or even propose a facsimile of what that is or what it would look like that'd be great.

Secondly, here are the cars I'm asking about. What position do they or could they hold in an exotic/supercar/hypercar pantheon? :
