We have a Jura Impressa F7. Must be about 12-15 years old. We are the original owners and it hasn't been abused. Has had moderate use (4-8 brews/day, sometimes not used for a few months at a time.) It's leaking quite a bit and hasn't ever been serviced.

I would appreciate help with two questions:

1) Are the leaks something I can fix myself? If so, what are the best resources to learn how?

2) Is it worth sending this machine for professional service? Would you recommend Jura or someone independent? The machine would have to be shipped.
