Hey y’all. So we got our TK-02 yesterday and I think we might have a defective unit.

During the initial brewing, I noticed the kitchen lights started pulsing. Afterward, I tried different outlets running some espresso brews and the same issue occurred. I thought maybe the machine was overloading the circuit, so I tried it in a different room that’s on its own circuit.

Same issue occurred.

We have an older home so I thought maybe the machine was too powerful. However, I started comparing the wattage of different appliances.

The TK-02 is 1450 watts. Our air fryer is 1500 and we’ve never had any issue.

It’s really bizarre. I’ve reached out to customer service so we’ll see what they say.
