Hi there, my first post in this sub. So I just picked up a Philips 3200 with the milk wand (not the Lattego) from the Black Friday sales, and I went through some reviews online and found most people seem to be happy with it; then I found this sub and realized how many people are reporting issues with these machines, and I'm wondering if it's just a few discontented users or if these machines are really that deficient.

This is my first automatic machine of this kind; previously, I used espresso stove top machines (Bialetti) and a French press. Years ago, as a student, I had a cheap Krups espresso machine, so my expectations are not as high as those of many of you in terms of coffee quality, but so far, I have maybe prepared 10 cups with my 3200, and I would say I am pretty satisfied.

However, I'd love to hear about users out there who've had their machines for a year or longer that are still happy with them and what advice would you have for somebody who just bought their 3200?
