Looking at buying a new build house in Peregian springs ( golf course precinct ) what are the locals like there ? Surly rude Cashed up bogans and entitled but basic boomers OR are they lovely folk? I was told the Perigean Springs shopping centre is ok but tired? Is that true?
I am Looking forward to that golf course but!!
