My main account is locked for some unknown reason and I contacted HIVE support and at first I did not have access to the email that is linked to the account and when I would try to log in it said that it was sending an email. Now I have access to my email but it says that the verification code email can't be sent(ill drop a screenshot in the comments)

I sent myself test emails so I know that my mailbox is able to receive emails, does anyone know why it won't receive the email or what I can do? They are asking me to show my first ever purchase but I had used another Google play account than the one I currently use and I cant find that info. Am I basically fucked out of my account even though I finally got access to the email and only need to be able to get the verification code and then im good.
