Derune Bernard for Nicki AO?

I'm planning to try out a Gemini (L)/Orion/Nicki/Teshar (probably switch to Ethna once I skill her up) AO, but to do so I would have to take runes from my 275ish Bernard and put them on Orion.
The upside is I would get to put a 29 speed Acc% will rune on Orion and probably end up in C2/C3 arena, the downside is I lose Bernard for awhile in PvE, especially in water rift beast.
What would you guys recommend?
