Alicia vs Sigmarus Advice Request

Recently acquired a Water Polar Queen (Alicia) and Water Phoenix (Sigmarus). Anyone have any advisement of major benefits between the two?
Currently due to Leader skills I can see Alicia being more powerful in Arena Offense whereas Sigmarus would standout in Dungeons.
